Debtor Dismissal Adversary Proceedings $500,000

In the M. Farrell dba Fleurever-Yours dba FYI Events.Com-FYI case (USBK Case No. 2:04–bk-33861-AA), the firm was successful in the dismissal of several adversary proceedings objecting to the discharge and dischargeability of debts [of about $500,000] under Sections 523 and 727 of the Bankruptcy Code.
