Creditor Judgment Non-Discharge of Debt $4,000,000

In the case of Hurrell, et al. v. Barker, et al. (In re Barker)(USBK Case No. 6:05-bk-23284-PC), the firm was successful at the August 26, 2008 trial in the objection to the debtors’ discharge of debts [approximately $4 million] under Section 727 of the Bankruptcy Code.
