Fraudulent Transfer Avoidance (Property)

In the case of M. Velasco. before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California (USBC Case No. 2:05-bk-11184-EC), obtained a judgment at trial in favor of the Chapter 7 trustee avoiding a fraudulent transfer of a property pursuant to Section 544(b)(1) of the Bankruptcy Code.
