Judgment (Commercial Property)

Obtained a judgment [preserving lien on a commercial property] at trial in favor of the state court receiver against the debtor in the bankruptcy case of M. Guidon dba Past Times Antiques (USBC Adv. No. SB-96-1019-MJ) before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.  Also, was successful in obtaining affirmative appellate rulings of the judgment before the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
