Obtained Voluntary Dismissal (for the Defense)

In the case of Monarch Trading, LLC v. Rosales Meat Distributors, et al. (LASC Case No. VC064329), Rosendo Gonzalez and Zachary I. Gonzalez obtained on August 31, 2018, the voluntary dismissal (for the defense) of a lawsuit filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court seeking damages in excess of $2 million for breach of contract, account stated and fraud.
