Obtained Defense Judgment

In the case of Mary Torres, et al. v. William Nicholas, et al. (LASC Case No. BC526011), Rosendo Gonzalez, after a 4-day trial, won and obtained a judgment (for the defense) on February 2, 2018, a judgment from the Los Angeles County Superior Court on various causes of action for fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, alter ego and conspiracy seeking damages in excess of $2 million.
