Judgment re Property Usage

In the case of L. Enriquez, et al. v. Van De Velde, et al. (LASC Case No. VC006456), Rosendo Gonzalez won after 5-day trial, and obtained a judgment from the Los Angeles County Superior Court in a real estate property (easement and property usage) dispute regarding one of the largest residential property in Downey, California.
