Summary Judgment (for the Defense)

In the case of In re Rosales Meat Distributors, Inc. (Liquidating Trustee v. Rigoberto Rosales, et al. ) [USBC Case No. 2:14-bk-31581-ER, Adv. No. 2:17-ap-01139-ER], Rosendo Gonzalez obtained on September 15, 2017, a summary judgment (for the defense) from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California in defeating the Trustee’s causes of action seeking to recover $1 million in damages.
