Creditor Judgment Non-Discharge of Debt

In the case of In re Jose Mercado (H&D Enterprises, Inc. dba Spartan Dairy v. Jose Mercado ) [USBC Case No. 2:09-bk-45671-VK, Adv. No. 2:10-ap-02167-VK], Rosendo Gonzalez prevailed at trial and obtained a judgment on April 27, 2012, objecting to the discharge of debts pursuant to Section 727 of the Bankruptcy Code from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
