Trustee Recovery $10,000,000

In the case of Fadel Group Investment, Inc. (USBC Case No. 2:89-bk-10360-VZ), Rosendo Gonzalez, as an associate at Sulmeyer Kupetz, represented the bankruptcy trustee in the recovery of about $10 million over 7 years in a Ponzi scheme involving about 4,000 investors/creditors and relating to about $25 million in claims before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
