In the case of KDTD, Inc. and S. Bendon v. Savin Enterprises, Inc., et al. (In re Artistic Plastering, Inc.)(USBK Case No. 6:06-bk-13805-MJ), the firm was successful at the September 14, 2010 trial in obtaining a dismissal of all of the causes of action (for fraud, establish alter ego and seeking to avoid and recover fraudulent transfers in excess of $2 million) for the benefit of the defendants
