In the case of David L. Ross (In re Jason Rubin v. David L. Ross) [USBK Case No. 2:09-bk-10720-BB, Adv. No. 2:09-ap-02063-BB], Rosendo Gonzalez won (for the defense) after a 4-day trial, and obtained a judgment entered on February 1, 2013, by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California on causes of action under Section 727 of the Bankruptcy Code objecting to the discharge of debts in excess of $4 million.
