Fraudulent Transfer Avoidance $1,000,000

In the case of D.K. Copierland, Inc. (USBC Case No. 2:92-bk-21185-VZ), Rosendo Gonzalez, as an associate at Weinstein & Eisen, obtained a summary judgment in the avoidance and recovery of a fraudulent transfer for about $1 million before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
