Creditor Judgment Non-Discharge of Debt

In the case of A. Bosakewich v. R. Addison dba Sunset Design Pools (In re Addison)(USBK Case No. 05-bk-42001-H3-7), Mr. Gonzalez was successful at the August 21, 2006 trial in Houston, Texas, in obtaining a judgment objecting to the discharge of a debt pursuant to Section 523 of the Bankruptcy Code.
