Summary Judgment $750,000

In the case of D.K. Copierland, Inc. (USBC Case No. 2:92-bk-21185-VZ), Rosendo Gonzalez, as an associate at Weinstein & Eisen, represented the bankruptcy trustee in obtaining a summary judgment for approximately $750,000 against Canon U.S.A., Inc., in the in the avoidance and recovery of fraudulent transfers before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
