Rosendo Gonzalez and Zachary I. Gonzalez of Gonzalez & Gonzalez Law, P.C., successfully represented William Garcia and Barbara Garcia (and their three corporate entities) in retaining their majority control interest in their companies, which own, oversee and manage the famous “Versailles” restaurants in Southern California. In addition, despite the plaintiffs seeking in excess of $20 million in damages for elder abuse, conversion, constructive fraud, breach of fiduciary duties and intentional infliction of emotional distress, on February 10, 2020, the parties settled on the eve of trial (after three days of jury selection), wherein the Firm’s clients paid zero monetary fees, costs or damages.
